The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is free for guests, equipped with loungers and reserved for adults. Around it you will find a sun deck, garden, patio, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, ideal for quiet mornings and long summer evenings.

All units are non-smoking and have a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, towels and toilet paper. Rooms provide linens, a wardrobe or closet, a socket near the bed, a refrigerator, a mosquito net and heating, while selected units add air conditioning and hypoallergenic bedding.

Fast free WiFi covers the whole property and is suitable for streaming 4K content and video calls on multiple devices. Each unit has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Free private parking is available on site with prior reservation, and street parking as well as valet parking are also possible. An airport shuttle can be arranged at an additional charge.

Private check-in and check-out, express check-in and check-out, fax and photocopying, laundry and invoicing are available. Some services carry an additional charge.

The property has fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, CCTV outside and key access. Family rooms are available, and the hosts speak Croatian and German.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:30 and check-out from 09:00 to 10:00. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in and to let the property know their arrival time in advance.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required; the property will contact you after booking with instructions. Cash is also accepted.

Smoking, pets, children and parties or events are not allowed. The minimum age for check-in is 21, cribs and extra beds are not available, and quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00. When booking more than two units, different policies and additional fees may apply.
